Lasso yourself a client account in our trusty software, Time to Pet. Don't you worry, we ain't gonna rush ya. Take your time and fill out all them details about you and your furry critter. We wanna make sure we've got every piece of vital information to give your pet the finest care this side of the Mississippi

Holler at us and schedule a good ol' consultation. We need to see if your dog's temperament fits right in with our pack, you see. It's all 'bout makin' sure it's a perfect match, like a cowboy and his trusty steed. Plus, this gives us a chance to meet ya and your furry friend, answer any questions, and go over your pet's routine. We reckon it's mighty important to get all the details right, just like a well-practiced line dance.

Step three is as sweet as sippin' lemonade on a porch swing. It's time for you to kick back and enjoy your day. We're gonna keep ya in the loop, don't you fret. After each walk or visit, we'll send ya an update through good ol' Time to Pet. It's gonna be packed with photos, notes, and any other important tidbits ya need to know about our visit.   • How do I pay you?
    When it comes to payin' us, we make it as easy as ropin' a wild stallion. You can wrangle up your trusty credit card right in our client portal, or if you fancy somethin' a little different, we'll gladly accept payments through Venmo and Zelle. And if you're more old-fashioned, you can settle up with cold, hard cash or a good ol' check. Now, for our fine folks who enjoy regular dog walking services, we'll send ya an invoice at the start of each month for the previous month's services. That way, you can square up and keep your furry companion struttin' their stuff on the prairie. So, whether you're payin' with plastic, digital, or good ol' fashioned paper, we've got ya covered, partner.
  • When do I pay? Do you require a deposit?
    For our loyal regular dog walking clients, you'll pay your dues when we send that invoice your way at the first of the month. It's as simple as that, partners. Now, for our boarding or pet sitting clients, things work a little different. To secure your spot in our cozy corral, we'll need a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking. That's how we know you're serious, and we'll hold that space just for you. The rest of the payment is due once the service is completed, so you can rest easy knowin' your furry friend had a good ol' time. But remember, folks, payment is due upon the receipt of that invoice. So round 'em up, grab your wallet, and settle up like a true cowboy or cowgirl. It's the honorable thing to do, partner!
  • What areas do you service?
    Our stompin' grounds are mainly centered 'round the heart of Friendswood. That's our main focus, where we give our top-notch service with a Texas twang. But fear not, fellow cowpokes! We ain't limited to just one town. We'll saddle up our trusty steeds and ride on over to Pearland, League City, Clearlake, Webster, and even them surroundin' areas. We're here to spread our country hospitality far and wide, makin' sure your furry critters get the care they deserve. So, whether you're in Friendswood or them nearby territories, give us a holler, and we'll be there to lend a helpin' hand. Y'all can count on us!
  • My dog has some reactivity issues with other dogs, will a pack walk benefit them?
    Well, listen up, dog lovers, 'cause I'm fixin' to tell ya 'bout the wonders of pack walks for our furry friends.   • Is there a Cancellation Policy?
    Well now, listen up y'all, 'cause I got somethin' mighty important to tell ya. When it comes to dog walks and pet sittin' or boardin', we got ourselves a 24-hour cancellation policy 'round these parts. Ya see, when ya book a dog walk or hire us to take care of your precious critters, we set aside valuable time and resources to make sure they're happy and well taken care of. Now, we understand that life can get mighty unpredictable, and sometimes plans gotta change. But we also gotta make sure our hard-workin' team and our four-legged friends are treated right. So here's the deal, partner. If you gotta cancel a dog walk or pet sittin' or boardin' appointment, we kindly ask ya to give us a holler at least 24 hours in advance. That'll give us enough time to make arrangements and adjust our schedules accordingly. Plus, it allows other folks who might be needin' our services to snag that spot and give their fur babies some lovin'. Now, we reckon there might be some unforeseen circumstances that might make it impossible to give us that 24-hour notice. In those rare cases, we understand, but we kindly ask ya to reach out to us as soon as ya know somethin's come up. We'll do our best to work with ya and find a fair solution. But remember, folks, cancellin' last minute or not showin' up without a good reason can be a bit of a hassle. It throws a wrench in our plans and leaves our team without work for that time slot. And we sure don't wanna see 'em twiddlin' their thumbs, now do we? So, let's all be considerate to one another, alright? If you need to cancel a dog walk or pet sittin' or boardin' appointment, give us a holler at least 24 hours ahead of time. We'll appreciate it, your critters will appreciate it, and we'll keep this operation runnin' smooth as a well-oiled saddle.
  • Do you take last minute requests?
    Well now, partner, I reckon we gotta talk about them last-minute requests. Now, for all you new folks lookin' to join our posse, we gotta have ourselves a consultation, ya see? We wanna make sure we get to know you and your furry friend real good. So, we kindly ask for a good ol' 3 days notice to schedule that consultation and get things sorted out just right. But hold your horses, 'cause for them current clients who we've already met and got them keys and access codes, we might just be able to wrangle up some last-minute requests, if our schedule allows. Now, we can't make no promises, 'cause we gotta keep our critter carin' routine runnin' smooth, but we'll do our darn best to accommodate ya. But here's the deal, pardner. When it comes to them last-minute requests, we might have to slap on a little extra fee. You know, like a surcharge for all the quick maneuverin' we gotta do to fit ya in. We gotta keep our hard-workin' team happy and compensated for their extra effort, ya know? So, if you find yourself in a tight spot and need our help on short notice, give us a holler and we'll see what we can do. Just keep in mind that them last-minute fees might come into play. But hey, sometimes emergencies happen, and we ain't ones to leave ya hangin'. So, there ya have it, folks. For new clients, we kindly ask for that 3-day notice for the consultation.
